We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the evening shift. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities and equipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently during evening hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including service logs, schedules, and inventory of supplies.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner, which may include HVAC failures, plumbing issues, and electrical emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations to create a safe workplace environment.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments as necessary to streamline operations and maintenance processes.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skillsets and stay current with evolving technologies and maintenance practices.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects or renovations as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
