We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Concierges to join our vibrant team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with outstanding service and ensuring their stay is both enjoyable and memorable. Your refined communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests in a warm, professional manner
- Assist residents and guests with inquiries
- Coordinate guest services such as reservations, transportation, and special requests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with efficiency and poise, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage lobby area to ensure a welcoming and orderly atmosphere.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of office software and reservation systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training is a plus.
